For years, the professionals behind R Benefits Group watched the same pattern repeat itself across Texas: small business owners being left out of the benefits conversation because plans were too expensive, too complex, and not designed for small or medium sized teams.

In June 2018, our founders decided to do something about it: they created R Benefits Group specifically to bridge that gap, bringing corporate level permanent life insurance to small businesses.

We built two things: an employee benefit plan for small businesses (10 to 250 people), and an individual life insurance program for Texas families. We don't try to be everything to everyone.
